Payless recently removed bathtub/shower and installed walk-in shower in my house and also my daughter's condo. The installer, Jarvi, did an amazing job. He is very attentive to detail to ensure that it looks great.  Took two days to complete the entire removal and installation at my house and two days at my daughter's condo. The sales person, Jeanette was also excellent. Took her time to explain the process and made good suggestions regarding colors, materials, hardware, etc. My daughter and I have only one complaint....the frequent phone calls from the project manager were VERY annoying.  When I called Jeanette about it, she said they've had too many instances of setting appointments for inspection, installation, etc and customers flaking out, not being home at the agreed upon day/time.  I asked Jeanette to have all communication via text instead of a phone call and that helped lower the annoyance level.

We had a very nice experience with getting our bathroom remodel. Everyone was very professional and very nice. Thankyou to Andy and Michael Fuentebella for keeping us posted about everything and always on time. We just love our new Bathroom. I can't wait to be able to get our next bathroom done by Payless. Could not be happier with our shower & bath remodel. We first met with Tigran who was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us decide on design and materials - he was honest and upfront about everything and did not try to upsell. The price may not be the cheapest estimate you will get, but ultimately we felt the most confident with it; that everything necessary was truly included and there wouldn't be any hidden costs later on and confidence that the quality would be excellent. Everything after that went just as smooth. The project manager Michael was helpful and communicative and made sure everything went according to plan the whole way. The main installers arrived on time each day and did an excellent but quick job. Just 2 and a half days for everything but the glass! Then the glass installers finished it off, measuring the next day to ensure perfection and completing the job in just an hour a few days later; no long wait for glass to come in. My family and I lost our home due to the Altadena Fires! So we were happy to find Payless to help with our rebuild for our three bathroom and flooring for our kitchen! The price was fair and the installers were professional and friendly! It was done really quickly and we got a lot of design help from their team! Thank you Haig, Tamar A, and especially Caroline! My wife and I had a leak in the shower pan which had leaked into the closet as well as the adjoining cabinets. The damage and expense was a shock so we spoke with several contractors, our insurance company (which was not covered) and looked at estimates. By accident the last estimate was from Payless Bath Makeover. I liked them from start to the finish, Nara made my wife and I feel very comfortable, communicated regularly and was very patient. She would explain everything in detail and with respect. As the job progressed there were a couple of unexpected repairs and they took care of them immediately and without complaint. Price was very reasonable considering the value, and they put no pressure on you to do more than you absolutely need. I highly recommend Payless Bath Makeover and will be using them in the future. One of our bathrooms had a tile issues that caused water to go into the wall. We were worried about water damage and mold. We contacted several contractors, but Payless Bath Makeover was the most responsive. It was clear they are very customer-focused, we worked with Ani, and she was incredibly professional. Communication was very clear and the Ani always checked on progress. The overall work performed turned out amazing. They scheduled work in a timely manner to keep projects going. Quality and cost were top notch. We had gotten several estimates and they competed or beat out all others.
